Rocket Fastpay: Load Your Wallet

Rocket Fastpay is the load route we keep for anyone who holds their money in a Rocket wallet: you send the taka, paste the transaction ID, and your balance is sitting there before you open a table.

What Rocket Fastpay Does For You

Here is the whole path, and nothing in it is hidden. Open the Rocket app, or dial the USSD string if your phone is a basic one, then pick Send Money and pay the number our cashier panel shows you. Confirm with your PIN, copy the transaction ID, paste it into the load field on your account. We credit the taka once

that ID matches. From there you can open Crash Burst, take a seat at Baccarat Lantern, or put the same balance on cricket markets. Outside Dhaka, this route gets used most, because a Rocket counter usually sits closer than a bank

  • Send Money in app or by USSD
  • Paste the TrxID once
  • Balance lands, lobby opens
HELP DESK

Getting Help With a Rocket Load

Wallet sends go wrong in small, ordinary ways — a digit typed twice, a PIN locked, an SMS that never lands. When that happens, open your account and use the chat window instead of searching for a phone number. Our team reads the message, pulls the load against the Rocket ID you paste, and tells you what it sees. Keep the Rocket confirmation SMS on the phone until the balance moves; it is the one record that settles most questions.

Chat From Your Account Log in, open the chat window and paste the Rocket TrxID into the first message. That one line lets our team pull the load up instead of asking you five questions.
Keep the SMS Keep the Rocket confirmation message on your phone until the balance moves. It holds the transaction ID, the amount and the receiving number — the three things we need to trace anything.
Name Mismatch Help If the Rocket wallet is registered to a different name than your account, tell us before you send. We walk you through the matching step so the load is not held later at cash out.
FAIR RUNNING

How We Keep Loads Accountable

Every Rocket load that reaches your wallet is checked against the transaction ID Rocket issues, and a second entry carrying the same ID gets refused instead of credited twice. That is housekeeping you never see, and it is why a send does not quietly disappear. Slots and live tables here run on studio software, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and Evolution among them, and where a game or its provider publishes return-to-player we print that figure on the card. If a provider keeps quiet about it, so do we.

Transaction ID Matching

Each load is paired to the Rocket ID you submit. Same ID twice and the second entry is refused, which is how a single send never turns into two credits.

Studio Slate

Slots and live tables run on studio software from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and Evolution, so the games you open here behave the same way they do everywhere else those providers are carried.

Return Figure Where Shown

Where a game or its provider publishes return-to-player, we print that figure on the game card. Where they do not, the number stays off the page.

Your Own Load History

Your load history keeps the ID, amount and time of every Rocket send, so if a question comes up later you can open the list and read the entry yourself, no request to us needed.

Words You See on the Load Panel

The load panel uses a handful of labels that make sense the moment somebody says them out loud. We keep the same words on mobile and in the browser so you are not relearning the page on a different screen.

01
What does Rocket Fastpay mean here?

It is the name we give the Rocket send-money route into your account wallet — the panel where you enter a transaction ID and the taka lands as balance you can play with.

02
TrxID

The reference number Rocket attaches to a completed send. It is the only proof that ties a payment to your account, so copy it exactly — one wrong digit and the match fails.

03
Wallet balance

The taka figure sitting in your play account, separate from the money still in your Rocket wallet. Loading moves value from one to the other; they stay two different balances.

04
Pending match

A load you have submitted that we have not yet paired with a Rocket entry. It is a waiting state, not a failure — send us the ID if it sits there.

05
KYC

Short for know-your-customer: the ID and name check we run before money leaves an account. It confirms the person cashing out matches the person who loaded.

06
Send Money ceiling

The cap Rocket sets on a single transfer, shown inside your Rocket app rather than on our site. If your amount is larger, send in two parts and submit both IDs.

Straight Answers on Rocket Loads

Send first, ask after — that is the usual order, and it is backwards. Read these before your first Rocket send and you skip the two mistakes we see most: paying a number that was never ours, and pasting an ID from an older SMS. Nothing here is complicated. It just has to happen in sequence. Six short answers cover the number, the name match, the ID and the trip back out to your wallet.

The one shown on the load panel inside your account, and nowhere else. Treat any number that reaches you by chat message or screenshot as wrong, no exceptions.

Yes. The wallet should carry the same name as your play account. If it does not, message us before the first send so the mismatch is sorted early instead of blocking a cash out later.

Your wallet figure updates and a new line appears in load history with the Rocket ID beside it. No line means no credit yet, so send the ID through chat and we will trace it.

That works fine. The agent sends from your number, Rocket texts you the confirmation, and you copy that ID into the load panel exactly as you would after an app transfer.

Pick Rocket as the payout route, enter the wallet number, and confirm the amount against your balance. We check the account name first, then send, and Rocket texts you when it arrives.

Access depends on local law and eligible regions, so check what applies where you are before you load. Your Rocket wallet also needs to be active and verified on your own phone.
